  Poor service since the day one.
  They were very nice until the day we payed the bond and first rent all gone down the hill after that.
  Whenever there is an issue with the property you can ring and email and they will just keep ignoring you so you have to get someone out to fix it yourself.
  I don't know how are they still around with such bad customer service skills.
  Some serious training needed especially for the manager!!
